S till on the Hill is more than just a sampling of spirits… Held in downtown historic Breckenridge October 18th – 20th, the three day-long-festival offers a variety of spirits-themed events and is a great way to warm body and soul as the first snow flies. Checkout the list below for the top five must-attend events during Breckenridge, Colorado’s largest Craft Spirits Festival!
- Still on the Hill Grand Tasting:
Join 40 of the finest distillers at the Riverwalk Center from 4-7 pm. Admission includes a tasting glass, craft spirits and cocktail tastings, artisanal snacks, and live music. Purchase your ticket here. Locals Tip: If you are looking for something to do after enjoying the Grand Tasting, check out Sweeny Todd at the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre – showtime is 7:30 pm.
- Bloody Sunday Hangover Brunch:
Various restaurants will offer craft-spirit cocktails and/or brunch menus to close out the weekend’s festivities. Participating restaurants include: Aprés Handcrafted Libations, Aurum, BOLD, Breckenridge Distillery, The Canteen, Downstairs at Eric’s, Fatty’s, GoldPan, Kenosha, La Francaise, Mi Casa, Ollies Pub, Salt Creek Steakhouse, Sancho’s, and Spencer’s. Local’s Tip: Many of these participating restaurants are offering additional discounts with the Breckenridge Dining Passport.
- Cocktails and Spirits Workshops:
On Saturday, Après Handcrafted Libations will host a Better Bitters Workshop at 11am and at 1pm Carboy Winery will host The Art of Mixology. On Sunday, join Tiki Mana on the Blue River for a Tiki Time Workshop featuring Hawaiian cocktails. Tickets can be purchased here.
- The Breckenridge Distillery:
Offering events all weekend, including free tours and tastings, $10 draft cocktails, and 3-course dinners. A Crafts and Cocktails Fair will close out the weekend, featuring local artisans and hand-crafted gifts. Local’s tip: bring your tasting glass to your 3-course dinner for a complimentary beverage.
