Important Reminders & FAQ

If you haven’t purchased the $59 damage protection, please note that we will automatically charge the refundable security deposit to the credit card 48-hours prior to your arrival date.  If you prefer us to use a different card, you must call us with that information before then.

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. If you enter the home or vacate the home outside these hours without contacting us in advance for approval, there is a $50 fee for each 15 minutes before the 4pm check in time and for each 15 minutes after the 10am check out time so please call us if you need to request a different time.

The lockbox code may be updated last minute so be sure to check your app the day of your arrival for the most current code. The app includes other vital information regarding your stay so be sure to download the app if you haven’t done so already. Here is a link to download your app if you haven’t done so already.

As a reminder, if you intend on hosting additional guests (overnight or for a gathering) that are not currently reported on the Guest Registry, prior approval is required and there may be a fee associated. Please note that weddings and large events are not permitted at Book Breck properties.

The Town of Breckenridge encourages the use of reusable bags by charging $0.10 per disposable plastic or paper bag at all retail and grocery stores.  Please plan accordingly.

Please remember that we advise 4WD/AWD with appropriate tires when coming to Breckenridge in winter due to the high alpine environment. Any snow related issues are the responsibility of the renter. Be aware that Colorado has Chain Laws during snow storms as well.

A sure way to ruin your vacation is by having altitude sickness so be sure to avoid it by doubling your water intake beginning a day or two prior to arriving in Breck and throughout your stay!
