Maximizing Capacity

We are not about maximizing capacity at your home in favor of making a quick dollar. We have made getting to know our guests one of our top priorities. We ask questions to get to know them – we want to know more than how many adults and kids they will be. It is important to us to find out what they like and what they expect from their vacation rental to ensure we find the right home for them.

We will not upsell a home or pretend that it is a good fit for a guest if we don’t truly believe it will be. It does us no good if a guest is disappointed. It is not good for your home or our business. By finding them the right home we start on the right foot with the guest. When they are pleased with their rental we have proven that they can trust us to be honest.

This trust helps us build a personal relationship with each guest. This is important because we want to be more than their lodging agent; we want to be their local friends and hosts. As locals, we want to share all that we know to ensure their Breckenridge experience will be one to remember!

It’s important to us to build a trusting relationship with our guests to encourage them to ask more questions. Ranging from restaurant recommendations, activities, preferred vendors and more, in turn these questions will help us learn how to market to our future guests while providing insight into beneficial business partnerships.
